I have just posted a 5 step guide on how to deal with eczema at home. Hopefully this helps someone!
Home Relief For Itching With Eczema
It also contains a lot of information about the products I use (and actually help) in order to reduce eczema... to the extent where I havent had it flair up in a good 3 years. These include the Aveeno skin care range, the 'Nature made' supplement range (Vitamins: Zinc, Evening primrose oil and fish oil), and the 14 day guide to getting rid of eczema, which can be found here:

So, give it a look!

Learning Hypnotism - Where Do I Start?
I stuck another one of my opinions on Squidoo today, this time on where to start learning hypnotism. I mention it in my article, if you are interested in hypnosis (whether as a small hobby or an obsession!), the course in that article is really good.

Oh, and be sure to add to the blurb at the bottom too!

A How To: Confident in 5 Easy Steps.
If you want to know how to confident today, then I have 5 little tips that can do just that:
1. Believe in yourself!
"Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right." - Henry Ford
I love this quote, and it says in one line what I would struggle to say in a few paragraphs. Believing in yourself is absolutely crucial if you want to be more confident. I talk about this in a bit more detail in my article "How You Can Achieve Self Confidence Today". I would strongly recommend the Self Confidence E-book (Yet again, but it deserves the credit!) if you want to find out how to do this quickly and effectively.
2. Act as though you had confidence
This doesn't mean pretend! All this means is how you present yourself. For instance, when you walk down the street, do you dawdle? Believe it or not, just walking quickly can boost your self confidence (After all, confident people have places to go, things to do!). It may seem strange, but give it a go!
3. Don't compare yourself with "The Perfect Image"!
It would be quite possible for me to take a picture of myself, import it onto my computer, and take out all my 'imperfections'. They do this in magazines all the time... So why don't I do it? Two reasons:
1. I dont have Photoshop (Ok, but more importantly...)
2. Everyone has imperfections!
Like they say, no one is perfect, and no one should be. So how can you stop comparing yourself? Drumroll please...
4. Don't be negative about yourself
I am now going to quote myself from my Squidoo Lens, because frankly I couldn't say it any better the second time round:
How often, when shown how to do something, do you say "I can't"? It's something that you become used to doing, saying that you "can't" do something when you actually mean "that looks difficult".
Despite what you mean, your subconcious mind believes that you actually can't do it. You can tell it what to do!
Another trick to try is to keep repeating to yourself what you want to do. Your subconcious can only take one message at a time, and if you keep repeating the message, it will believe it. Try it! Spam your subconcious! =D
5. Find out whats good about you, and MAGNIFY it!
Whilst forgetting about the negative, try to focus on the positives! Personally, this was something that I used to find difficult to do... What's good about me? Try making a list!
If you can't think of a good list of things positive about you, you need to consider reading this E-Book right here... It will teach you whats good about yourself! And... it is extremely good value for what it offers, and you should be able to get started with it right away. To quote Justin Lee Collins - "Good Times" =D
So, until my next post!
